Do you upload my video to a server?
No. The video is made smaller inside your browser on your device and is never sent anywhere. Not even its name leaves your device.
How much does it cost?
It's free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Why do you remove the filming location?
Phones save where a video was filmed inside the file when location is on for the camera, and anyone who gets the video can see it. So we remove it from every video we make.
My iPhone video won't open. Why?
Some iPhone videos are recorded in HEVC, which some browsers can't read. Try Chrome, Edge or an up-to-date Safari, or change the camera setting for future videos: Settings → Camera → Formats → "Most Compatible".
How long does it take?
It depends on the video's length and your device; a computer is faster than a phone. Keep the screen on and stay on the page until it finishes.
What format do I get?
Always MP4 (H.264 video and AAC sound), so it opens on iPhone, Android, computers and WhatsApp.
